UNTOLD TALE OF A TRUE LEADER !!

"I learnt one thing that being Leader is not leading the way from front but following hearts of our people from behind"

One my best friend's now citizen of Australia ... spoke out his heart that day when I attended his marriage ... I was motivated with his story let me narrate you the story of that untold tale of this leader in his own words ...

I am driving a Buick SUV ... owning a villa ... owning my Business abroad .. Honored with Citizenship in that country ... am yet 28 years old!!

I still remember the road that lead to my elementary school where Dad rode me every day on a dusky rough road where my journey seems to be lasted forever ... The temple I passed by everyday which stood as icon of yesterday's architectural masterpiece was diminishing day by day ... The leaders and Governments changed once every five years ... the letters requesting the revival of conditions were in dustbin!!

What a change I am no more there now ... nor I do belong to that country or that village where am born .... no more ... but that doesn't end my responsibility towards my mother land ... I am leader today ... How can I be a true leader, if I cant follow my people's heart ... my people who were with me all through my childhood ...

My Dad called me up one night told me that nothing changed ...

It reminded me of my responsibility towards my mother land ... And it was the initiative of my Dad ... and my wish to see my village as a better place to live never ended. Though my parents shifted to Metro city thier love for our village die hard, so does mine ...

I decided that I am going to change the 25 year history of my village which no people representative took care of ...

Today my village has standard roads connecting to nearby town ... the old temples where I prayed are revived ... One call from my Dad reminded me my responsibility towards my village where I belong no more ...

Today at my marriage venue which is 600 miles away from village is filled with all families in my village to bless me. It makes me feel proud.

From my Dad I learnt one thing that being Leader is not leading the way from front but following hearts of our people from behind ....

What else I could give him after listening to such inspiring tale which was untold to world ... except a big HUG to a TRUE LEADER
